Below are two examples of data-to-report workflow.
Data Entry is a time consuming and costly way of getting data from
paper into a spreadsheet. However,
doing so is very important because it then allows you to extract valuable
statistical data that you wouldn’t have otherwise. Remote Business Group can do all of this

If your company pulls a report from a data base (such as SAP, RIS, HMS,
PACS, etc.), then data entry isn’t the problem. The problem with these wonderful systems is that they have no
easy way of organizing the abundant amounts of data that it gives you. For the data to have meaning, it must
first be formatted in such a way that it can be easily organized. Once organized, the data can be parsed
for various tasks such as General Reporting, Billing, Root Cause
Evaluation, Departmental/Account Break-Down, and much more. The following flowchart applies:
